“Cruel Summer” is not a Kanye West record. If you go into it expecting Yeezy’s usual level of quality, you will be disappointed. “Cruel Summer” is the new album from G.O.O.D. Music, West’s record label, and it is much more about showing off West’s crew than the man himself.
